  • New Listing Tour: Your home will be showcased to all local offices on our weekly new listing tour. Agents walk through your home to make note of it’s selling points for their clients.

  • Property Advertising in Print Publications and Internet: We advertise in a variety of media including the newspaper, print publications and Internet sites to reach a variety of prospects.

  • Signs: A "For Sale" sign will be posted on your property to advertise it to all who drive by. Agent contact information will be listed for prospective buyers to inquire about the property.

  • Flyers: Your home will be presented on an attractive flyer with photos and information on your property. These flyers will be available on the "For Sale" sign for anyone to take with them. They will also be personally handed out to all agents on the New Listing Tour and delivered to various real estate companies in the area.

  • Expert Buyer Prequalification: We work with many lenders who are glad to qualify prospective buyers to ensure a successful sale.

  • Agreement Negotiation: As a skilled negotiator, I work on your behalf to get the best price for your home.

  • Professional Service Resources: I work with a wide network of Legal Facilitators, Title Companies, Lenders, Service Companies and a variety of industry specialists to provide helpful services and information.
